International Students

Each year, Kalamazoo College welcomes about 50 new international students – four-year degree-seeking students and one-year visiting international students from about 20 different countries. These new students join about 75 continuing degree-seekers for a total of about 125 international students from about 30 different countries on campus.

The Center for International Programs (CIP) works to help all of our international students feel at home, both at K and in the world. Our mission is to support, encourage, and celebrate students’ presence on campus. We do this in a variety of ways including an extensive orientation, cultural events throughout the year, guidance with immigration paperwork, Social Security applications, taxes and more.
